At Hayley Gell, each piece is created with care, craftsmanship and intention. Many artworks are one-of-a-kind, so please read the below before purchasing.
Choosing art is personal. If you’re unsure about a piece before purchasing, feel free to get in touch — I’m always happy to help guide you so you feel confident in your decision.
Original Artwork
I want you to feel good about your purchase.
If your original artwork doesn’t feel quite right in your interior, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are offered as credit towards another available artwork.
- Refunds are not offered on original pieces.
- The artwork must be returned in its original condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If your artwork arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so this can be resolved quickly.
Commissions
All commissioned artwork requires a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
Once work has begun, staged payments are non-refundable.
Due to the personalised nature of commissioned pieces, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
WE’-AR ART (Wearable Pieces)
WE’-AR ART pieces may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition. Frames are bespoke and non returnable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.
