Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where pricing errors, stock availability or suspected fraudulent activity occur.

Payment must be received in full before products are dispatched unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept payment through the payment methods displayed at checkout.

6. Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, customs processing and courier services.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes or local fees charged by their country.

Risk in the goods passes to you once your order has been delivered to the shipping address provided.

Original artwork and commissioned artwork are generally non-refundable unless damaged, faulty or incorrect due to our error.

Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, scanned, altered, used commercially or resold without prior written permission.

9. Commissions

Commission bookings may require a deposit before work begins.

Once work has commenced, deposits and payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate reference images and information.

Minor artistic interpretation is part of the creative process.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hayley Gell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
